News for this Week
We welcomed Brad Hoffman back into the fold this week. It’s Brad’s head that looks like it is growing out of the bride’s left hip in the photo. Brad is fresh off his honeymoon with bride Nicole in Anna Maria Island, Florida, after their wedding in Forest Hill, Maryland. The wedding was a blast – it was the first time I went to a wedding where the guests were imbibing before the ceremony. Now that someone has agreed to marry him, Brad seems intent on becoming a dad at some point in the very near future. We are all having difficulty imagining a miniature version…
Speaking of miniature versions, in our last Friday musings post, we reported that both Cassie and Brittany are expecting. They’re both pregnanter now than they were, and the big days are drawing closer. No doubt we’ll have the new additions boning up on ladder logic in no time…

We’re eager to welcome Rob, James, and Matt back into the fold. They are all on-site at startups, and have been for some time. James and Matt especially will be amazed to see the differences in our main office after lots of renovations and the relocation of their desks. If you don’t make it back in time, guys, we’ll save some turkey for you…
With lots of people traveling, Mike has been stalwartly holding down the fort in the office. We’ve bounced him from project to project and from CAD stuff to Panel Shop stuff to QC stuff and probably a few other things, too. But as they say in football he’s kept his head on a swivel and seems to be bearing up well…
Sam has been making plenty of noise as he plays a starring role in the office renovations. His Porter Cable mutli-tool has featured prominently in more than one conference call recently, adding a certain ambience to the call…
Once Thanksgiving arrives, Gary will express gratitude for his first 6 months as husband to his newlywed bride Jennifer. They are scheming up big things for 2019. However, they will most definitely not be adding to the crop of miniature future Pendant team members expected to arrive next year (c’mon Brad!)…
Julianna continues to plug away on the Pendant WCS project. She’s usually pretty quiet and manages to inconspicuously slip in and out of the office. But she speaks loudly with her work. Oh, and her Infiniti SUV…
